Support the IRC

Dear Fellow S.L.A.A. Intergroups and Members,

We reach out to you with an exciting opportunity to participate in a historic milestone for our beloved fellowship. In 2026, Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous celebrates its 50th anniversary—fifty years of carrying the message of recovery to those struggling with sex and love addiction across the globe.

To honor this significant occasion, the S.L.A.A. Ireland Intergroup and the S.L.A.A. Greater Delaware Valley Intergroup are co-hosting the 2026 S.L.A.A. International Recovery Convention.

This three-day gathering will offer spiritual renewal, shared recovery, and fellowship across geographical and cultural boundaries. Members may participate in:

  • Castletown, County Laois, Ireland
  • Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A., or
  • or Online via Virtual Livestream

Our 7th Tradition states, “Every S.L.A.A. group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.”  In that spirit, we are reaching out to intergroups, supported by the voluntary contributions of meetings and members within their service areas, to consider supporting this special 50th anniversary event.

Intergroup contributions will help:

  • Reduce registration costs and increase accessibility
  • Support the hybrid format serving members worldwide
  • Strengthen international fellowship
  • Honor five decades of recovery and service

For fifty years, S.L.A.A. has carried a message of hope to those who once believed recovery was impossible. This International Recovery Convention celebrates our collective journey and offers an opportunity to strengthen our fellowship worldwide.

If you, your group, or your intergroup can contribute, please contact irc2026@slaafws.org.

We are grateful for your consideration. Whether your intergroup can contribute financially or not, we welcome your participation and encourage your members to join us in this historic celebration.

In service and gratitude,

S.L.A.A. Greater Delaware Valley Intergroup
